At fookart store, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please review our cancellation and return guidelines before placing an order.


Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation Window: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, or before they are shipped—whichever is earlier.

  • How to Cancel: Send an email to dgarg6053@gmail.com with your order number and subject line “Order Cancellation Request.”

  • Refund on Cancellation: If your order is eligible for cancellation, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 24 Hours.

  • Post-shipment Cancellation: Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may refuse delivery or initiate a return once delivered.


Return Policy

We offer returns in accordance with Indian consumer protection guidelines.

Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You must request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, and with all original tags/invoices intact.

  • Return Not Accepted For:

    • Innerwear, lingerie, or personal hygiene products

    • Perishable or consumable items (e.g., food, beverages)

    • Customized or made-to-order products

    • Digital goods (e.g., software, e-books)

    • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dgarg6053@gmail.com with photographs. We will offer a free replacement, exchange, or full refund after verification.


Return Process

  1. Email us at dgarg6053@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our logistics partner (subject to pin code availability).

  3. If reverse pickup is not available, we may ask you to self-ship the item and reimburse courier charges upon receipt.


Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 24 hours.

  • Mode of Refund: Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference.

  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

Currently, we do not support direct exchanges. If you need a different item or size, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
